What kind of official assurance of the translation do you provide?
Certified Translation - typically this is a kind of translation when a certificate of accuracy signed by a professional translator is attached to the translated document.
Notarized Translation - when we sign our translation before a notary (public) who will have established our identity. The notary (public) then will attest our signature and affix their own stamp.

What are some usual charges for your services?
Three way conference telephone calls: $0.99/min - $2.99/min
•Interpreting for 2-3 or more people involved in private or official conversation from different locations in the USA and Russia
•Interpreting for patients and medical staff via telephone during medical services in the USA or Russia
•Interpreting via phone during court hearings and trials
Client needs to have the 3-way (conferencing) capability on his/her phone line. Client initiates a 3-way phone call to Russia/Ukraine. Long distance charges are client's responsibility. Payment is required before the interpreting phone session can start. Client is to make sure that his/her contact in Russia/Ukraine is available for the call. Any missed (or otherwise unrealized) appointment is chargeable. Client is to give us at least 24 hour prior notice when canceling the scheduled telephone session. When that does not happen, there is a charge for $25.00 (our minimum fee for the service).
Social events: $45.00/hr (plus travel expenses)

4) Bill of health of each adoptive parent

6) Copies of the passports or other identification papers of prospective adoptive parents, or a copy of the Permanent Resident Card if one of the parents is not an American citizen.
